Sustainability is a serious matter at Urbano Têxtil; so is the future of the families that are part of our history, which makes us see the need to care for the ecosystem. This way, we seek to follow all the legal measures of the competent organs, and more than this, we promote actions with the community, allowing sense to one of our values present in our Ideology “Environment and Sustainable Growth”.
Reflecting on our commitments, we promote all the cares inherent to our activity: correct treatment of effluents, correct waste disposal, heat recovery, development and marketing of ecological items, use of raw materials with correct planting practices, care with occupational health, as well as practices of environmental awareness and incentive to the adoption of
preservationist measures, among others. All these actions aim to guarantee a positive balance for society, the environment, and for our future.
